Kind Words from Clients

Nicola was fantastic with my 10 year old daughter from the first moment that they met. At first, my daughter was reluctant to partake in any counselling sessions to help with her issue of school refusal. Nicola made her feel at ease instantly. And after having weekly sessions, the improvement in my daughter's attitude, confidence and resilience was remarkable!

- Parent of Child N

Thank you for all the progress you have helped me make in my confidence, self esteem and even myself! Thank you again.

- Child N, 10 Years Old

Our sessions haven't just changed my life, they have changed me, In ways I didn't even know I needed.
They have helped me to question my thoughts and beliefs and helped me to become clearer on what really matters to me and also what doesn't. They have helped me to establish healthy boundaries and to cultivate a sense of self acceptance.
Nicola is both warm & caring and professional. She has a wonderful ability to hold space for you and to spot patterns in behaviour, thought and belief systems.
I have been able to explore difficult memories and feelings in a very safe space.
